Commissions
Most of the time, my paintings are available on a commission basis on a ready to hang canvas. If you need to match your décor with a specific color or if have a style in mind, we can work together to create exactly the right fit for you! If you see one in my gallery and it is sold, I will recreate it for you. No two paintings are exactly alike but can be made to look very similar. If you choose your own color palette or a larger or smaller size, this will also give the painting a different look. In the end, you will receive a custom painting that you can call a one of a kind. Some of the paintings you see in my collection on this site could be smaller versions that I created for my portfolio.
When someone approaches me with an art commission, I usually create small sample paintings. Once approved, the painting is created from the chosen sample in the specified size chosen. Only one painting will be created from the sample you choose.
Purchasing Information
All my large paintings are wired and ready to hang as soon as they arrive at your home. The sides are either painted in a rich gray/black paint, or the colors wrap around the sides of the stretcher bars. Framing is not needed for these pieces. All my large work is on canvas, unless otherwise specified. I work mainly in acrylic and use only the finest professional artist materials.
My small pieces are created in a variety of mediums. Either watercolor, oil. acrylic or pastel. The smaller pieces are framed and ready to hang.
If you are in the Pittsburgh area, I hand deliver them. If you are not, I ship them. I carefully package each painting in foam sheeting and cardboard so that it arrives in perfect condition. All paintings are insured and shipped via FedEx or USPS Priority mail within 3 days of your purchase.
